ABOUT | Design Craft Fabrication

Design Craft Fabrication, as a company, officially started in 2001 as friends building cars in a two-car garage - of my condo. My neighbors hated me, especially when we had to make last minute rollcages at 1:00AM. As things got bigger and the projects started coming in faster than we could hold them in the garage and "guest parking" spots, we moved on to sharing a building with aftermarket parts manufacturer, A'PEXi.

At that point, we mainly did work for our varied friends in the sport compact industry, aftermarket parts companies, and most of the A'PEXi project cars. Later, DesignCraft converted from "the fabrication-shop-on-the-side" to a full time operation with dedicated space, but still based out of another retail aftermarket parts shop building.

By then, our project ethic basically came down to, "If you didn't know us or one of our friends, we won't work on your car", partly due to space issues but mostly due to the fact that there are lots of dreamers that don't have the means to make the dream a reality, and we were doing enough dreaming and realizing of projects on our own. Now, finally, we've moved into an official space of our own.

If it involves cars, bikes, planes, boats, engines, wheels or wings then we are into it. Most people that know us think we are only into sport compact cars but what they don't know is we are a group of friends, opertaing jointly as a business, that have way too many varied hobbies to be pigeon-holed as "sport compact car builders." We find the only way to fuel our individual passions is to design and fabricate on our own, since most everything is made copied in China. (If you buy fake then you're fake! Stay out of my shop!)

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
